Rollaway Charge: $15 per night + 4.166%tax

Deposit: A deposit of two nights lodging is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Final Payment: The balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: The full deposit, less a $50.00 cancel fee, will be refunded if cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival date. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, reservation is subject to full forfeiture.
During Holiday periods, the full deposit, less a $50 cancel fee, will be refunded if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival date, reservation is subject to full forfeiture. A deposit of two nights lodging is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Late Arrival/Early Departure: We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Minimum Stay Policy: There is a minimum stay of two nights; however, longer minimum stay requirements may be imposed for holiday season periods.
